Job Description

SDLC Corp is looking for an experienced Electronic Gaming Machine (EGM) Specialist to join us on a contractual/consultant basis . The consultant will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support of electronic gaming machines and related systems. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in gaming hardware and electronics.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in gaming machines
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine system health checks
• Handle PCB-level repairs, wiring, and electronic components
• Ensure EGMs comply with technical, safety, and operational standards
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors for technical support
• Maintain proper documentation of issues, repairs, and maintenance activities
• Provide on-site and remote technical support as required during the contract period

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electronic gaming machines and gaming systems
• Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and electronic repairs
• Good understanding of electronics, circuits, power supplies, and peripherals
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical faults efficiently
• Basic knowledge of software/firmware used in gaming machines (preferred)
• Diploma / ITI / Bachelors degree in Electronics or a related field
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills

• Engagement on a contractual / consultant basis
• Duration and remuneration to be discussed based on experience and project requirements
