About the Role
3 - 5 years of experience with Managed File Transmissions Platform/Service (Seeburger BIS, IBM Connect:Direct) and communication protocols.
Responsibilities
- Understanding of X.509 certificates and SSH keys
- Linux, Java (or similar)
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting/problem solving skills
- Experience using application logs to investigate and remedy customer configuration and connectivity issues
