Electrical Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Electrical based in our Head Office in Noida. We are seeking a highly skilled candidate for our Electrical Engineering department. They will provide critical support to operations and oversee the electrical design and development of our growing business. Applicants must possess deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) , control schematics, electrical equipment, PLCs, microprocessor controls, switchgear, and instrumentation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design & Execution: Oversee the design and execution of electrical control panels for both standard products and specialized projects.
• Technical Analysis: Perform calculations and conduct data sheet reviews for various electrical components and equipment.
• Technical Support: Provide expert application support to both internal teams and external customers.
• Testing & Quality: Lead wiring processes and proficiently manage control panel testing procedures.
• R&D: Drive research and development initiatives for new technologies and system improvements.
• Liaison: Act as the single point of contact for all electrical-related queries within the organization.
• Project Scoping: Responsible for defining and collecting the full technical scope before project execution begins.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical reports, design specifications, and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.

Key Deliverables :

• Execute end-to-end electrical engineering and design activities.
• Produce accurate system/equipment calculations and detailed electrical datasheets.
• Manage engineering requisitions and maintain comprehensive electrical equipment lists.
• Establish electrical design criteria and ensure the accuracy of input data for high-quality design documentation.
• Generate design drawings and other core electrical engineering deliverables.
• Strategically select outsourced items, including controllers, sensors, motors, and switchgear.
• Utilize Computer-Aided analytical tools for design and simulation.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills to mentor the team and manage departmental goals.
