Electrical Design Engineer (Solar PV)

Location:Ahmedabad | Full-time | Office-based

Minimum 3 year of experience in solar PV design is mandatory

• You are afresher or asite engineer without design experience
• You donot have at least 3 year of hands-on experience indesigning solar PV projects
• You are unable towork from our Ahmedabad office full-time

• More that 3 years of hands-on experience inelectrical design for solar PV projects
• Strong understanding ofDC & AC system sizing ,SLDs ,equipment selection , andproject-level coordination
• Proficient inEquipment & System Design Calculationsand familiar with tools likeAutoCAD
• Diploma/Bachelors/Masters degree inElectrical Engineering. Due consideration given to qualification for deciding pay-grade.
• Familiarity with relevant codes (IS ,IEEE , etc.) and grid compliance requirements
• Comfortable working full-time fromAhmedabad office
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to produce high-quality deliverables with minimal supervision

• Design DC & AC systems for ground-mount solar PV plants, including array layout, SLDs, equipment sizing, protection systems etc.
• Prepare drawings, BoQs, and technical documents for client submissions and internal reviews
• Coordinate with civil, structural, and BD teams to ensure end-to-end design alignment
• Support project-specific simulations and analysis using Excel-based calculations

• Hands-on exposure to solar projects acrossthe globe
• Mentorship from senior design engineers with a proven industry track record
