Job Description
| Roles & Responsibilities | · Maintain the OMS system / Control Center, monitor its services and Integration · Work with Business to understand functional issues and solve the same by providing workaround · Sort out Data issues for example GIS related which impacts outage management functionality · Provide timely incident resolution · Application and database health checks on regular basis · Resolution to support tickets within specified SLA · NMS Configuration changes as per the day-to-day requirement · Experience working in Transmission and Distribution domain of Utilities
