Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic eLearning Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with senior designers and marketing teams to create visually appealing content for digital and print media.
Job Responsibilities:
- Designs, Develops, Delivers customized learning experiences and content.
- Will be responsible for creating E- Learning modules.
- Develops eLearning courses using the authoring tools.
- Creating application demos and simulations using Storyline/ Camtasia/ Captivate
- Developed templates according to the learning objectives
- Responsible for producing the course slides/ modules
- Works with Instructional Designers to analyze needs and to determine goals and objectives
- Design and develop additional media to support outputs
Required Skills:
- Knowledge and understanding of the eLearning process
- Good knowledge in design aspects and authoring tools
- Great collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multi task
