What were looking for:

35 years of hands-on experience developing eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise

Strong expertise in triggers, variables, states, layers, and building complex interactive logic

Experience in collaborating with Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers and Quality specialists, in a hybrid team environment

Ability to interpret instructional and visual storyboards and convert them into engaging eLearning modules

Capability to create simple animations and interactive simulations

Strong debugging skills with solid knowledge of SCORM/xAPI publishing standards

Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design best practices

Strong self-review skills with the ability to follow defined standards, and proactively identify deviations
