Role Description

As an E-learning Developer, you will be responsible for creating and developing e-learning content, instructional design, learning management, training, and development. This role requires on-site work in Gurugram. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of SCORM package creation, from needs analysis and course design to development, implementation, and evaluation. This includes:

• Conducting detailed needs assessments: Analyze client training objectives and identify knowledge gaps with a focus on SCORM compatibility and deliverability.
• Designing SCORM-compliant eLearning modules: Develop course outlines, storyboards, and scripts that adhere to SCORM specifications and ensure smooth integration with client LMS platforms.
• Mastering SCORM authoring tools: Utilize advanced features of eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate to create interactive modules that comply with SCORM standards (e.g., SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004).
• Developing engaging and interactive SCORM content: Implement multimedia elements like simulations,quizzes, and gamification within SCORM packages, ensuring interactivity and learning success tracking.
• Managing SCORM package production and integration: Oversee the development process, including graphic design, audio/video integration, and quality assurance. Ensure seamless integration of SCORM packages within client LMS platforms and perform compatibility testing.
• Evaluating and implementing feedback: Conduct internal and client-side reviews to gather feedback on SCORM package functionality and learning effectiveness, iterating on content for optimal performance within the SCORM environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Elearning Developer or Instructional Designer with significant expertise in SCORM development.
• Proven track record of creating and delivering SCORM-compliant eLearning content for diverse audiences.
• Mastery of eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate, with in-depth knowledge of SCORM features and implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills to effectively manage multiple SCORM development projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative and innovative approach to content development, incorporating engaging multimedia elements within SCORM packages.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and trends in the eLearning industry, particularly those related to SCORM advancements.

• Experience working with various SCORM versions and LMS platforms.
• Expertise in SCORM reporting and tracking mechanisms.
• Experience developing SCORM simulations or branching scenarios.
