E-Learning Developer (Articulate 360)

Brief

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Author Content Developer. This position is ideal for 2-4 years of experienced personnel who excels in Storyline, PowerPoint, Captivate and has eye to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Understand storyboard and visualize and execute the concept described in SB.
• Ability to work on complex functional e-Learning courses and media assets using Articulate Storyline 360 and other Rapid Authoring Tools.
• Develop assessment items to test learning objectives. - Should have an exceptional eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Work on higher level design tasks that give shape to the learning material and give a visual look and feel to the learning concept.
• Work with instructional designers, graphic designers/illustrators, and SMEs to develop the course using authoring tools.
• Assist subordinates in delivering creative output or providing assistance to comprehend to challenging learning needs.
• Provide inputs on the visual strategy required for achieving a higher level of engagement.
• Review the final produce to ensure business objectives have been met.
• Work with instructional designers, graphic designers/illustrators and SMEs to develop the course using authoring tools.

Fixed CTC 25K to 40K Per Month

Excellent English Communication skills both verbal and written

Maximum Experience 2 to 4 years
