E-Learning Content Developer – Articulate

Parallel Learning is seeking a dynamic and motivated E-Learning Content Developer with hands-on experience in Articulate Storyline to design and develop engaging, interactive e-learning modules and games.

This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, explore new learning technologies, and work on diverse projects for global clients.

• Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise
• Design learner-friendly interactions such as quizzes, assessments, scenarios, simulations, and knowledge checks
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and instructional flow in all learning modules
• Coordinate with internal teams including instructional designers, graphic designers, video teams, and project managers
• Follow branding guidelines, learning standards, and project timelines
• Test modules for functionality, usability, and compatibility before delivery
• Support updates, revisions, and enhancements based on client feedback
• Stay updated with new Articulate features and emerging e-learning trends

• Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Basic understanding of instructional design principles
• Ability to create clean, structured, and engaging learning content
• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and content domains
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Experience: 02 years

Salary Range: 18,000 to 25,000 per month (based on skills and performance)
