E-learning Consultant

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 44 (Work From Office)

CTC: Up to INR 40,000 per month (in-hand pay MAXIMUM) PLUS Incentives(based on performance)

We are urgently hiring a Learning Consultant with mandatory and recent experience in an EdTech company . The ideal candidate must have handled student counselling/sales for online learning programs and possess exceptionally fluent English communication skills , preferably with exposure to international learners or global clients .

• Counsel students and working professionals for online courses/programs
• Handle high-volume inbound & outbound leads
• Identify learner needs and pitch relevant programs
• Drive enrollments and achieve monthly revenue targets
• Maintain accurate lead data and follow-ups in CRM
• Provide a smooth and professional counselling experience
• Coordinate with internal academic and operations teams
  

• Minimum 2 years of RECENT experience in an EdTech company
• Experience as a Learning Consultant / Academic Counsellor / Education Sales role
• Exceptionally fluent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Candidates with international client/student handling experience preferred
• Strong sales mindset with target-achievement capability
• Comfortable with strict timelines and fast-paced environment
• Candidates without recent EdTech experience will NOT be considered
