Hyperflex is a specialised consulting division under Consultadd, dedicated exclusively to Elastic Stack solutions - including Search, Observability, and Security.

We partner closely with Elastics global teams to deliver enterprise-grade consulting, implementation, and managed services projects across industries and geographies.

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee Elastic-based delivery engagements for Hyperflex. The role involves coordinating between clients, technical teams, and leadership to ensure the successful execution of Elastic projects with precision and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery for Elastic consulting engagements (Search, Observability, or Security).

Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholders.

Manage resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.

Coordinate between engineering, delivery, and client teams to maintain clear communication.

Anticipate risks, propose mitigation plans, and escalate blockers when necessary.

Document best practices, lessons learned, and project retrospectives for process improvement.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelors + Masters degree from a reputed institution.

Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in IT or consulting.

12 years of experience or strong knowledge of Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Beats, or Elastic Cloud) is a major advantage.

Experience in a major consulting firm (e.g., EY, KPMG, PwC, Deloitte, Accenture, etc.) is a big plus, demonstrating familiarity with enterprise processes and stakeholder management.

Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi preferred (mixed team environment).

Certifications: PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification preferred.

Tools: Proficient in Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project management tools.
