Technical/Functional Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with the Elastic Stack (ELK/EKS)
- Proficiency in setting up and managing Elasticsearch clusters in production environments
- Experience with index lifecycle management (ILM) and cluster monitoring.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and query optimization in Elasticsearch.
- Knowledge of Linux system administration and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain high-performance, scalable Elastic Search clusters.
- Develop and manage data pipelines using Logstash and Beats to ingest data from various sources.
- Create informative dashboards, visualizations, and alerts in Kibana for monitoring and analysis.
- Tune and optimize Elasticsearch performance, indexing, and shard allocation.
- Ensure the security and access control of the Elastic Stack.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to data ingestion, search performance, and cluster health.
