Deloittes USI Performance Improvement & Restructuring (PI&R) team seeks highly motivated individuals with strong analytical skills to help clients achieve profitable growth, strategically manage costs, and navigate financial risks. We are hiring Analysts specializing in Margin Improvement Strategy, Design, and Realization.
What We Do?
Performance Improvement & Restructuring (PI&R) team delivers large, complex engagements that identify, design, and implement innovative solutions to support performance improvement, margin transformation, and restructuring programs. These programs typically accompany structural changes in a client's business and operating model.
Within Margin Improvement Strategy, Design, and Realization we focus on identifying and prioritizing strategic initiatives that reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency to improve performance and profitability. This includes optimizing workforce efficiency and effectiveness by refining the operating model, service delivery model, and organizational structure. We also support the development of transformation roadmaps and build business cases to justify large-scale transformation initiatives across key levers to drive sustainable margin improvement. We establish a Transformation Management Office (TMO) to build the required structures, processes, and tools to effectively manage the initiatives and track the benefits which drive the clients large-scale transformation.
Role Responsibilities
As an Analyst, you will be expected to independently deliver assigned tasks, analyze client requirements, and demonstrate a strong understanding of margin improvement fundamentals.
Day to day responsibilities include
Gather and analyze financial, operational, and market data to identify margin improvement opportunities and cost drivers.
Compare client performance against industry peers to highlight gaps and best practices.
Support the identification and quantification of potential margin improvement initiatives across revenue, cost, and operational levers.
