Job Summary

We are seeking a confident, engaging, and energetic Video Anchor to be the face of our educational content. You will play a crucial role in creating, hosting, and narrating engaging video content for our YouTube channel, social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts), educational apps, and website. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, skilled in on-camera delivery, and able to convey complex information in a simple, engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Camera Presenting: Host educational, marketing, and tutorial videos, maintaining a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and authenticity.
• Content Creation: Deliver engaging content for YouTube, Reels, and educational, training, or marketing modules.
• Script Interpretation & Delivery: Read, interpret, and deliver scripts naturally and confidently (both scripted and unscripted).
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with content writers, subject matter experts, and video producers to ensure accuracy.
• Brand Representation: Maintain professional on-screen presence and ensure all content aligns with the brands tone and style.
• Research & Planning: Stay updated on industry trends and educational topics to suggest new video ideas.
• Technical Assistance: Assist with basic video production needs, such as operating a teleprompter or coordinating shoot logistics.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2+years of proven experience as a video anchor, presenter, host, or in a similar on-camera role.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills, with excellent voice modulation and a clear speaking voice.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi (or relevant regional languages as required).
• Confidence: Strong on-camera presence and ability to engage with a digital audience.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media trends (Instagram/YouTube), teleprompter usage, and basic video editing software.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a fast-paced EdTech, media, or D2C company.
• Understanding of educational pedagogy or ability to simplify complex concepts.
