Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and student-focusedEducation Counselor to guide students through the process of selecting the right course, university, and country for higher education. The role involves counselling, documentation support, and coordination to ensure a smooth admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on study abroad options, including courses, universities, countries, eligibility, and career outcomes
• Understand student profiles and recommend suitable programs and institutions
• Guide students through the admission process, including applications and documentation
• Assist students with SOPs, LORs, resumes, and application follow-ups
• Coordinate with universities, partners, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate student records and follow up on leads
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, and student events
• Achieve assigned counseling and enrollment targets
• Provide post-admission support including visa guidance (basic level)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong counseling, convincing, and relationship-building abilities
• Basic knowledge of study abroad processes (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.) preferred
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
