Educational Counselor (Study Abroad)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Counselor (Study Abroad), based in Kochi. The Educational Counselor will assist students by providing guidance and support in their academic and career decision-making processes. Responsibilities include assessing student needs, conducting individual or group counseling sessions, providing career advice, supporting students in achieving their educational goals, and recommending suitable programs or opportunities. Collaboration with other faculty members and staying updated on educational trends will also be required.

Qualifications

• Confidence in Study Abroad and in-depth knowledge of higher education programs
• 1- 2 Years experience in Student Counseling (Study Abroad) and Career Counseling
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• A genuine passion for working in the Education field and supporting students
• Ability to work empathetically and adapt to the needs of diverse student groups
• Previous experience in a similar counseling is an advantage
