Urgent Vacancy Education Counsellor (Inside Sales / Tele Sales)

Salary: 20,000 35,000 CTC + Incentives

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform counselling for interested candidates through outbound calls
• Understand customer needs and pitch suitable programs
• Provide counselling and information over the phone
• Convert enquiries into successful admissions
• Achieve monthly sales targets & quotas
• Close sales efficiently
• Maintain sales call data in CRM and submit daily reports

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication skills
• Sales & counselling mindset
• Target-oriented approach
• Experience in Education Counsellor Inside Sales / Tele Sales preferred

Qualification: Any Graduate
