Position Details

Role: Education Counselor

Job Type: Remote (Work From Home)

Location: PAN India

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and guide students regarding suitable courses and career opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and student queries.
• Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to ensure successful enrollments.
• Collaborate with the academic and admissions teams to support the admission process.
• Maintain records of student interactions in CRM or internal systems.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline (Education, Management, or Healthcare preferred).
• Prior experience in education counseling, tele-counseling, academic advising, or EdTech sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
