About the Role:

Were looking for an Education Counselor (Inside Sales) who can connect with potential

students/professionals, explain our trading programs clearly, and support them through

the enrolment process.

At Derivion, students approach us because they want to build skills in finance and trading.

Your role will be to understand their goals, explain our programs clearly, and help them

make the right decision.

This role is best suited for someone who is confident in conversations, understands

peoples aspirations, and can guide them toward making informed decisions.

KEY Responsibility:

Connect with prospective learners, including students and working professionals, through

calls, emails, and regular follow-ups.

Understand their background and interest in finance, trading, or financial markets.

Clearly explain our trading and financial market programs.

Build long-term relationships with clients.

Guide prospects in choosing the right program based on their goals.

Achieve monthly enrolment targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Maintain structured follow-ups to ensure a smooth journey from inquiry to enrolment.

Address queries related to fees, learning outcomes, and time commitment while building

credibility and long-term trust.

Update CRM systems regularly and track lead progress and conversions.

Required Skills:

1+ year experience in sales / academic counseling / inside sales.

Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).

Confidence in handling sales conversations

Target-oriented mindset

Basic understanding of finance or willingness to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
