Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Sales Representative, located in Mumbai. The role involves identifying potential doctors , building strong professional relationships, and promoting courses offered by the NIOLANAI Institute of Laser and Aesthetic Training. The representative will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing detailed information about the programs, addressing doctor inquiries, and maintaining a database of prospects and leads.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and building relationships
• Sales and negotiation skills to achieve and exceed targets
• Organizational and time management abilities for managing leads and scheduling appointments
• Familiarity with educational programs, specifically in the laser and aesthetic industry, is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications is desirable
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
