DivVision Math Academy is an international online education institute specializing in IB & IGCSE Mathematics (Grades 812) .

We work with students across India and globally, focusing on academic excellence, structured systems, and personalized support .

We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-focused professional who can help manage and scale our online education operations and grow into a managerial leadership role .

Role Overview

This is a manager-track role designed for someone who wants to manage systems, people, and processes , not just execute tasks.

You will be responsible for end-to-end operations of our online institute academics, coordination, reporting, follow-ups, and digital growth support.

Key Responsibilities

Academic & Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day academic and admin operations
• Coordinate test series, worksheets, schedules, and reviews
• Support corrections & feedback workflows using AI tools (training provided)
• Prepare student performance reports and trackers

Student & Parent Coordination

• Manage student/parent inquiries, enrollments, and follow-ups
• Handle WhatsApp, email, and internal communication
• Ensure smooth onboarding and batch coordination

Scheduling & System Management

• Manage class schedules, meetings, and calendars
• Coordinate Zoom / Google Meet sessions
• Maintain systems using Google Sheets & Docs

Social Media & Digital Growth Support

• Manage basic social media operations (Instagram, WhatsApp broadcasts)
• Assist with content posting, promotions, and announcements
• Support website / landing page updates and coordination

Ownership & Growth

• Take ownership of processes and suggest system improvements
• Gradually grow into an Operations / Academic Manager role

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Have

• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Comfortable with Canva, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Zoom
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently
• Ownership mindset and willingness to learn fast

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in EdTech / Education / Online Institutes
• Familiarity with IB / IGCSE / International Curriculum
• Basic understanding of social media & digital marketing
