Role Overview:

As an Executive at Crack-ED, you will play a pivotal role in connecting learners with

life-changing career opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for aspiring

candidates and a key link between students and hiring corporates.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with candidates through leads to explain the program and align them for

interviews.

Ensure timely coordination and follow-ups for corporate interviews.

Track post-interview candidature to ensure selections convert into revenue.

Maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates aligned to client expectations.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
