About The Role

University Consulting is an Australian-based Student Recruitment Consultancy representing leading universities and colleges across Australia, the UK, Germany, USA, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, and other destinations.

As part of our India expansion, we are looking for a student-focused Education Counsellor based in Hyderabad to manage student enquiries, provide professional overseas education counselling, and drive enrolments across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and convert student leads from calls, walk-ins, digital platforms, and campaigns
• Provide accurate and ethical counselling to students and parents
• Conduct in-person and tele-counselling sessions
• Advise students on study options across major international destinations
• Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize lead conversion
• Coordinate with admissions and processing teams
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in overseas education counselling (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of study abroad options and processes
• Excellent communication skills in English & Telugu (Hindi preferred)
• Strong counselling, sales, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage leads independently and achieve targets
