Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Education Counsellor to join our team. This role involves engaging with prospective students, understanding their career goals, and guiding them to visit the center for detailed counselling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective students via calls and follow-ups
• Generate and manage leads through various outreach activities
• Convert enquiries into walk-ins for centre visits
• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions
• Understand student requirements and guide them accordingly
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth counselling experience

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in handling calls and interacting with students
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
• Prior experience in counselling, sales, or telecalling is a plus
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
