Education Analyst - English

Overview

As an Educational Analyst you shall be working closely with the Team Leads of the assigned subject as the team leads will visualize the student learning journey on digital medium. In this role you shall be assisting, coordinating with the team lead by collecting required data and to arrange the feedback from student experiments and support the team leads in designing joyful learning journey for students.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely in coordination with Team Leads(subject specific) and Subject Matter Experts to deliver high quality experience for students to learn joyfully without gaps.
• Develop engaging, conceptually accurate content aligned with the NCERT curriculum for CBSE Grade 11 and 12. Design structured and effective learning journeys to help students achieve conceptual clarity.
• Work closely with Team Leads (specialized subjects) to define the process of curating education content required for a subject.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing, to ensure seamless content integration and delivery.
• Create interactive and engaging video content to enhance student engagement. Analyze and utilize data from student interactions to optimize learning experiences and content effectiveness.
• Support functional testing and feature demo readiness
• Interface with Teachers/ Subject Matter Experts to organize content for a subject and ingest it into the backend system
• Understand each subject content details and take the right approach to package the right features.
• Be a facilitator in appropriate sessions being conducted to understand students and see if the content is working for target students.
• Support and analyze data collected by system and various experiments to enable decision making.

What We Need:

• Masters in English
• Excellent verbal and written good communication skills
• Work experience of 1 to 2 years with Education/Content related area.
