Role:

We are adding super creative and talented editors to our creative team. You will work with multiple verticals and edit videos to suit multiple mediums and audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling, high-impact video narratives that align with brand tone and campaign objectives.
• Conceptualize and develop visual treatments, mood boards, and edit structures across multiple projects and genres.
• Oversee the full post-production process from ingesting and organizing raw footage to assembling storylines, integrating motion graphics, sound design, and color grading for a polished final output.
• Adapt edits for diverse digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) with an understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, and platform-specific storytelling nuances.
• Partner closely with the Creative, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure content quality, consistency, and timely delivery across campaigns.
• Provide creative inputs during shoots and pre-production when required, ensuring seamless alignment between ideation and execution.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging editing techniques, and content formats to continuously elevate visual storytelling quality.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 23 years of proven experience as a Video Editor in a creative agency, production house, or digital content studio.
• Must be fluent with Bengali language.
• Strong command over editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
• Solid understanding of pacing, rhythm, and transitions to make edits dynamic, engaging, and platform-ready.
• Exceptional storytelling ability with an eye for emotion, design, and detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• A team player who can both lead junior editors and collaborate with cross-functional teams with creative agility and accountability.
