Narra is launching as a digital-first D2C brand. We are building a performance-driven e-commerce business with a long-term vision.

We are looking for a highly driven E-commerce website expert who can not only build our website but continuously optimize it for growth, conversion, and revenue.

This is not just a website management role, this is a revenue ownership role.



Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

  • Building and launching Narras E-commerce website
  • Managing and maintaining the website post-launch
  • Improving conversion rate (CRO)
  • Increasing Average Order Value (AOV)
  • Optimizing customer journey & checkout flow
  • Ensuring speed, performance & tracking accuracy



Key Responsibilities:

1.Website Development & Launch

  • Develop and customize website on Shopify
  • Customize premium themes
  • Create high-converting Product Detail Pages (PDPs)
  • Mobile-first design optimization
  • Implement subscription, bundles & upsells
  • Integrate payment gateway, COD & shipping setup


2.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Continuously improve website conversion rate
  • Optimize homepage, PDP, cart & checkout
  • A/B test layouts, CTA placements, bundles
  • Improve site speed & UX
  • Reduce cart abandonment



3.Analytics & Tracking

  • Set up and manage:
  • Meta Pixel
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Ads tracking
  • Monitor:
  • Conversion rate
  • AOV
  • Bounce rate
  • Funnel drop-offs
  • Generate weekly performance reports



4.Retention & Revenue Growth

  • Set up email flows via
  • Abandoned cart flows
  • Post-purchase flows
  • Upsell & cross-sell strategy
  • Loyalty or referral programs (future phase)
  • Order Management & Logistics Coordination
  • Performance Monitoring (Customer retention rate; Repeat purchase rate; Average order value (AOV)

Conversion rate; Customer lifetime value (CLV))



5.Ongoing Website Maintenance

  • Update banners & landing pages
  • Add new SKUs
  • Monitor bugs
  • Ensure uptime & security
  • Optimize load speed (<3 seconds target)




KPIs (You Will Be Evaluated On)

  • Website conversion rate improvement
  • AOV growth
  • Cart abandonment reduction
  • Site speed performance
  • Tracking accuracy
  • Revenue growth contribution
  • Customer Retention



Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 24 years of E-commerce website experience (D2C brands)
  • Experience with skincare/beauty brands is a plus
  • Strong understanding of conversion psychology
  • Hands-on with E-commerce apps & integrations
  • Basic understanding of paid ads tracking
  • Analytical mindset (data-driven decisions)
  • Growth-oriented, not just design focused
