Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Technical Executive located in Jaipur. The E-commerce Technical Executive will be responsible for providing technical support, optimizing e-commerce operations, and ensuring seamless functionality of online platforms. The role includes analyzing technical issues, assisting customers with their inquiries, and working closely with the sales and customer service teams to enhance the overall user experience. The candidate will also monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve e-commerce operations performance
• Expertise in Technical Support for troubleshooting and resolving platform-related issues
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with teams and convey technical information effectively
• Customer Service and Sales experience to build and maintain effective customer relationships
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and basic understanding of web technologies is beneficial
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred
