We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our presence across leading online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and FirstCry, and a strong understanding of marketplace operations.Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and FirstCry
• Product listing creation, optimization (titles, descriptions, keywords, images)
• Inventory planning, stock management, and order processing
• Handle pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions
• Manage marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal teams for catalog updates and launches
• Monitor sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics
• Handle customer queries, returns, and feedback professionally
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Executive / Specialist
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, Meesho, and FirstCry
• Understanding of SEO for product listings and marketplace algorithms
• Experience with promotions, deals, and ad campaigns
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in baby, kids, or lifestyle products
• Knowledge of international shipping and cross-border selling (bonus)
• Familiarity with Shopify or D2C platforms is an advantage
