Job Description

Experience - 1-3 years


Platform Management:

Overseeing and maintaining the e-commerce platforms (Amazon Ads, Flipkart

Ads, website, mobile app, etc.), ensuring it functions correctly and efficiently.

Strategy Development & Execution:

Creating and implementing effective online sales strategies, including

promotions, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.

Performance Analysis:

Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like website traffic, conversion rates,

and sales data, and using this information to identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration:

Working closely with marketing & performance marketing teams to align efforts

and achieve business objectives.

Trend Monitoring:

Staying up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best

practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency: Hands planning experience for e-commerce

platforms (Like Amazon, Flipkart etc). Planning principles for BAU vs Event

days. Identification of new available inventories/platform in ecommerce space.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-

driven decisions.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for

collaborating with teams and communicating with customers.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to the e-

commerce platform and online sales processes.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively,

and meet deadlines.
