Job Title: Ecommerce Executive (Fresher)
Location: Sector 94, Noida
Work Mode: Work From Office
Salary: 2 3 LPA

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive (Fresher) to manage day-to-day operations across ecommerce marketplaces. The candidate should have basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms and be eager to learn marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and company website
- Handle B2C customer calls, queries, and order-related issues
- Prepare daily and weekly reports including sales, inventory, advertisements, and deals
- Assist in planning and executing deals, promotions, and basic ad campaigns
- Perform daily reconciliation and profit/loss tracking per product
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for order processing, dispatch, and returns
- Handle product inwarding to Amazon FBA and Flipkart Smart
- Monitor product listings, stock levels, and order fulfillment
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of ecommerce marketplaces
- Quick learner with the ability to multitask
- Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
Eligibility
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Ecommerce operations
- Any graduate degree preferred
