Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic E-commerce Manager to take complete ownership of our D2C website www.petsempire.in and drive brand growth and online sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of our D2C website operations
- Product listings, catalogue management & content optimization
- Order management & customer communication
- Website performance monitoring & troubleshooting
- Driving growth strategy, marketing coordination & campaign execution
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & user experience improvement
- Analyzing traffic, sales data & implementing performance strategies
- Scaling revenue, repeat purchases & customer retention
What We are Looking For:
- Proven experience in D2C / E-commerce management
- Strong understanding of Shopify.
- Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing, performance ads & SEO
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ownership attitude with growth-focused thinking
