Role Overview
As a D2C & Catalogue Operations Executive at GrowthJockey, you will play a key role in managing and scaling our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) operations while ensuring seamless catalogue performance across major marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.
You will work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to optimize order flow, improve customer experience, and identify opportunities to grow D2C revenue. This role is ideal for someone who is highly execution-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
D2C Business Operations & GrowthD2C Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of the D2C platform.
- Monitor and optimize order flow and fulfilment processes.
- Coordinate closely with operations, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
D2C Revenue Growth
- Identify and support opportunities to scale D2C revenue.
- Assist in executing campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives aimed at improving conversions and revenue.
Customer Experience
- Monitor the entire customer journey from Add-to-Cart to post-delivery experience.
- Track customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure a seamless and positive purchase and post-purchase experience.
D2C Marketing Performance
- Track and analyze performance of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, CAC, and ROI.
- Provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition strategies.
Media Planning & Coordination
- Support monthly media planning and projections.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution, creatives, and promotional banners.
Social Media Coordination
- Collaborate with the social media team for campaign promotions and brand visibility.
- Ensure marketing initiatives align with D2C sales goals.
Brand Catalogue Management
Catalogue Management
- Manage product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C platforms.
- Launch and maintain new product catalogues and SKUs.
Listing Optimization
- Improve listing quality and marketplace catalogue scores.
- Maintain accurate product information including titles, descriptions, images, and attributes.
Catalogue Audit
- Conduct regular catalogue audits to identify gaps or issues.
- Resolve listing suppression, missing attributes, or catalogue inconsistencies.
Product Launch Opportunities
- Identify opportunities to launch new product variations or SKUs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure catalogue readiness for launches.
Reporting
- Maintain performance dashboards and MIS reports.
- Share regular updates and insights with management.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in E-commerce or D2C operations.
- Experience working with Amazon, Flipkart, or D2C platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics.
- Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Strong coordination, execution, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience with marketplace seller dashboards and catalogue tools.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools or dashboards.
- Exposure to product launches or marketplace catalogue optimization.
