Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
• Run and optimize marketplace ads to improve ROAS.
• Improve product ranking through keyword optimization and listing enhancements.
• Monitor daily sales, ad performance, and conversion metrics.
• Conduct competitive analysis (pricing, offers, visibility, reviews).
• Plan and execute promotions, deals, and growth campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to increase traffic, conversion rate, and repeat sales.
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams for seamless execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in E-commerce Sales / Marketplace Growth.
• Hands-on experience with marketplace platforms.
• Strong understanding of listing optimization, keyword strategy, and catalog management.
• Experience in managing paid campaigns and tracking performance metrics.
• Analytical mindset with strong focus on revenue growth.
• Experience in jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred.
• Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
