We are seeking an Ecommerce Specialist for our Color Cosmetics division in an on-site, full-time role located in Noida. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales platforms, analyzing market trends, implementing promotional strategies, and coordinating with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless online operations. The role requires maintaining product listings, monitoring sales performance, developing reports, and staying up-to-date with ecommerce industry trends to drive business growth.

• Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms and tools, as well as knowledge of marketplace management
• Strong analytical skills for market research, data analysis, and performance monitoring
• Expertise in online marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and email campaigns
• Ability to manage inventory, coordinate with logistics, and maintain accurate product listings
• Proficiency in digital content creation and strong attention to detail
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; experience in the cosmetics industry is a plus
