We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Sales Specialist to manage and grow sales across marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and similar platforms. This role focuses on listing optimisation, advertising, and performance improvement across channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise product listings across marketplaces
- Improve SEO, keywords, titles, descriptions, and images
- Plan and manage PPC campaigns and promotions
- Monitor pricing and competitor activity
- Track performance metrics and optimise conversion rates
- Manage reviews and respond to customer queries
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies
- Coordinate inventory and prevent overselling
- Generate reports and recommend growth strategies
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years managing marketplace sales
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and similar platforms
- Knowledge of PPC advertising and listing optimization
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
