Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Operations Specialist based in Gurugram. The role involves managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, Product Listing and Optimization, overseeing inventory and order processing, coordinating with logistics teams, analyzing e-commerce performance data, and identifying opportunities for optimization, Platform Compliance, . The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance customer experience and sales performance while ensuring seamless operational workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams, vendors, and customers effectively
• Experience in sales and a solid understanding of e-commerce sales strategies
• Proficiency in operations management processes to ensure smooth workflows and efficient inventory management
• Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver results on time
• Proficient in e-commerce platforms Amazon and Flipkart
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is highly desirable
• Adaptability and ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
