E-commerce Operations Intern - (Fulltime)

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Timings: 10:30 to 7:30pm

Working Days: Mon - Fri

We are looking for a proactive E-commerce Operations Intern to support day-to-day marketplace operations, with a strong focus on Amazon catalogue and listing management. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn how eCommerce platforms operate behind the scenes and gain hands-on experience with data, content, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Amazon catalogue and product listing management
• Support keyword research, listing audits, and performance reporting
• Help maintain listing hygiene, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend attributes
• Assist in coordinating A+ Content updates and ensuring content accuracy
• Use Excel/Google Sheets to track catalogue data and operational metrics
• Leverage AI tools to support research, analysis, and content-related tasks
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute listing and catalogue improvements

Requirements

• Strong interest in eCommerce, online marketplaces, or digital marketing
• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Willingness to learn Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central
• Comfortable experimenting with AI tools for productivity and optimisation
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Amazon listings or marketplace operations
• Understanding of keywords, SEO, or product content optimisation
• Prior internship or academic projects in eCommerce or marketing
