Job Title: E-commerce Operations Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced E-commerce Operations Executive with strong knowledge of managing day-to-day e-commerce tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling complete order management and processing
• Coordinating and establishing strong communication with vendors
• Managing and monitoring logistics operations
• Ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of orders
• Resolving order-related and vendor-related issues
• Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements:

• Experience in e-commerce operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of logistics and vendor management
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic knowledge of platforms like Shopify, Meesho, Amazon (preferred)

• Bachelors Degree (Any Stream)
• Any graduate can apply
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Meesho, or Amazon is preferred

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to handle vendors and logistics partners professionally
