E-Commerce Operations Executive

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage and support day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and our website. The role focuses on product listings, order management, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth online sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and company website
• Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory updates
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer support teams for order fulfillment
• Monitor order processing, returns, cancellations, and refunds
• Track sales performance, reports, and marketplace dashboards
• Assist in running offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns
• Resolve basic marketplace issues and coordinate with platform support teams

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
• 13 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations
• Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
• Basic understanding of online sales, pricing, and inventory management
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
