About Us

The Wellness Shop is a growing D2C brand focused on delivering high-quality wellness and personal care products to customers across India. As our online presence continues to expand, we are looking for a highly motivated Ecommerce Marketplace Executive to manage and scale our brand performance across major ecommerce marketplaces.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in marketplace operations, running ads, managing marketing spends, optimizing ACOS/ROAS, and handling high daily order volumes.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and optimize ads on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and Myntra
• Manage marketing spends and advertising budgets across marketplaces
• Monitor and optimize ROAS / TACOS (Amazon) for profitable growth
• Handle high daily order volumes and ensure smooth order processing
• Manage marketplace operations including order management and fulfillment
• Oversee product listings, catalog optimization, and promotions
• Ensure inventory planning, stock availability, and product quality
• Track sales performance and marketplace KPIs and prepare reports

Requirements

• 35 years of experience in Ecommerce / Marketplace Management
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Nykaa platforms
• Strong experience in marketplace ads and performance marketing
• Good understanding of ACOS, ROAS, and marketplace analytics
• Experience managing high order volumes and marketplace operations
• Prior experience in D2C brands (Skincare / Beauty preferred)
