Executive Summary

We are seeking a high-performingE-commerce Growth Manager to lead our strategic expansion onAmazon andFlipkart . The ideal candidate will take end-to-end ownership of the digital P&L, with a specialized focus on theFurniture category . You will be responsible for driving aggressive revenue growth through advanced performance marketing, managing platform-level relationships, and ensuring the absolute protection of our brand equity.

Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic Business Growth (Furniture Focus)

• Formulate a comprehensive growth roadmap to scale sales within the competitivefurniture and home furnishings sector.
• Identify high-potential products and market gaps using advanced analytics tools likeHelium 10 ,Jungle Scout , orSellerApp .

2. Performance Advertising & ROAS Management

• Direct end-to-end execution ofAmazon Sponsored AdsandFlipkart Ads , maintaining strictACoS and ROAS targets.
• Optimize advertising funnels specifically for high-AOV (Average Order Value) products typical of the furniture category.

3. Operational Excellence & Platform Liaison

• Serve as the primary liaison forAmazon and Flipkart Category Managers to resolve complex account issues, secure deal slots (e.g., Big Billion Days, Prime Day), and handle listing suppressions.
• Manage end-to-end operations: cataloging, high-impactA+ Contentcreation, and inventory planning.
• Oversee category-specific logistical challenges, includinginstallation services and large-item fulfillment.

4. Brand Protection & Intellectual Property

• Monitor and mitigateIP infringements , unauthorized sellers, and "hijackers" usingAmazon Brand Registryand equivalent platform protection tools.

Professional Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in e-commerce marketplace management, withsignificant experience in the Furniture category being highly preferred.
• Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in marketplace SEO, algorithm shifts, and advanced data modeling inMS Excel .
• Relationship Management: Proven ability to communicate effectively with marketplace officials.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
