Won Motors Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales operations across India's top e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.

The Role

End-to-end management of Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, Blinkit, and expansion into Meesho, Myntra, JioMart, and Nykaa. Responsibilities include product listings, inventory & pricing optimization, ads management, and performance reporting to our India Directors.

Critical Requirement: E-commerce Policy Expertise This is not just about uploading productsit's about staying ahead of platform policy changes. You must understand e-commerce policies deeply and implement changes in real-time. Account suspensions due to policy non-compliance can halt business operations. We need someone who proactively monitors policy updates, understands their implications, and reflects them across our operations immediately.

What We Need

• Minimum 3+ years in B2C e-commerce operations (B2B experience is a strong advantage)
• Expert-level knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
• Deep understanding of e-commerce platform policies and compliance requirements
• Proven track record of managing policy changes and preventing account issues
• Ads management and catalog troubleshooting expertise
• Quick commerce platform experience is a strong plus
• Hindi language skills preferred
• Data analysis, automotive, or beauty category experience is a bonus

About You Strategic problem-solver who stays updated on policy changes, mitigates compliance risks, and manages end-to-end operations independently.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: 50,000 - 80,000/month (negotiable)
• Full-time, on-site role in Nungambakkam, Chennai
