Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale our online business operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online revenue growth, optimizing digital customer journeys, and managing day-to-day e-commerce operations across platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing, analytics, sales funnels, and customer experience optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce growth strategies
• Manage and optimize website performance, UI/UX, and conversion funnels
• Oversee online sales platforms and ensure seamless functionality
• Analyze website traffic, consumer behavior, and performance metrics
• Coordinate with marketing, creative, and sales teams for campaign execution
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns, offers, and product launches
• Monitor inventory alignment with online demand
• Improve customer journey, retention strategies, and repeat purchase rates
• Ensure a smooth and premium shopping experience across digital channels

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong expertise in E-Commerce strategy and digital marketing
• Proven sales growth experience through online channels
• Excellent analytical skills (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, performance dashboards, etc.)
• Experience managing Shopify / WooCommerce / other e-commerce platforms
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Effective communication and cross-functional coordination abilities
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in health, wellness, or nutraceutical industry is a plus
