Role Overview

The E-commerce Lead will own and scale THBs marketplace-led revenue. This is a strategic + execution role, responsible for growth, visibility, and performance across all online sales channels.

You will act as the single owner for e-commerce growth & working closely with founders, marketing team, agencies and operations teams.


Key Responsibilities

Marketplace ownership

  • End-to-end ownership of Amazon, Flipkart, Cred, & other similar platforms
  • Manage listings, pricing, promotions, campaigns, and inventory planning
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platform touchpoints



Growth & Performance management

  • Drive revenue growth through offers, campaigns, visibility buys, and optimisations
  • Track KPIs such as GMV, conversion, ROAS, CAC, and stock turns
  • Identify opportunities to improve rankings and discoverability



Marketplace & Partner management

  • Liaise with Marketplace account managers and external agencies
  • Negotiate marketplace visibility, deals, and seasonal campaigns
  • Stay updated on marketplace policies, algorithms, and best practices



Cross-functional coordination

  • Work closely with supply chain, production, and finance teams
  • Ensure smooth launches, stock availability, and fulfilment
  • Support new SKU launches and bundles



Who should apply?

  • 57 years of experience in E-commerce / Marketplace management
  • Strong analytical and execution skills
  • Prior experience with FMCG / D2C brands preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup
