About Us

The Cogent is a Jaipur-based performance marketing agency helping top D2C brands scale their Shopify stores through data-backed strategies. We are hiring a Growth Marketer who will assist in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Retention Marketing for our Shopify clients.

Key Responsibilities

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

• Audit Shopify stores to identify opportunities for higher conversions.
• Optimize product pages, checkout flows, and landing pages.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results using tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, and VWO.
• Work with designers and developers to implement conversion improvements.

Retention Marketing:

• Plan and execute email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns to increase repeat purchases.
• Manage customer segmentation and personalize campaigns using Klaviyo, Omnisend, or similar tools.
• Track and optimize campaign performance to improve CLTV (Customer Lifetime Value).

E-commerce Operations:

• Update products, banners, and offers on Shopify stores.
• Monitor daily store performance and report insights.
• Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or store management (Shopify preferred).
• Knowledge of CRO tools (Google Optimize, Hotjar, VWO).
• Experience with email/WhatsApp marketing platforms.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
