eCommerce Project Assistant

Role Overview

Looking for a sharp, self-motivated individual to support me in managing eCommerce projects across Shopify and other digital platforms. If you're curious about how e-commerce works behind the scenes and want to grow your skill set while working closely with a freelancer, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Oversee eCommerce projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines, scope, and budgets are met.
• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and progress trackers.

Platform Management

• Help manage and improve Shopify and similar platforms to boost sales and user experience.
• Coordinate with developers to launch new features and troubleshoot existing ones.

Team & Client Coordination

• Work with designers to ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines.
• Liaise between developers, designers, and clients to make sure everyones aligned.
• Help translate client needs into actionable tasks.

Who You Are

• You have a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Youve worked in eCommerce or digital projects for at least 6 months (preferred but not mandatory).
• Youre familiar with Shopify or similar platforms.
• Youre organized, reliable, and good at communicating across remote teams.
• Youre comfortable using tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.
• Freshers who are highly motivated and eager to learn are welcome to apply.

Compensation

INR 15,000/month, with potential for growth based on performance and project expansion.

Note: Some flexibility up to INR 20,000 for the right candidate.)
