Ecommerce Manager

Location: Dahisar, Mumbai

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager based in Mumbai. The role involves managing and optimizing the companys e-commerce platforms to drive sales and ensure an excellent customer experience. Key responsibilities include analyzing data for performance improvements, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive campaigns, managing online product listings, tracking inventory and logistics, monitoring website performance, and implementing strategies to enhance conversion rates and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret and utilize data for business insights and decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Experience and knowledge in Sales and E-Commerce operations to meet targets and oversee online platforms
• Proficiency in Marketing strategies, including online campaigns and customer engagement practices
• Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms or similar managerial roles
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with e-commerce technologies and trends is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
