**Role Overview:**
Naagin Sauce is looking for an Ecommerce Manager to own and scale our online business across marketplaces, quick commerce, and D2C. This role is hands-on and outcome-driven, with clear ownership of revenue growth, profitability, and execution across all ecommerce channels.
You will work closely with leadership, marketing, operations, and external partners to drive sustainable growth with strong ROI.
**What Youll Own:**
#Growth & Revenue:
1. Drive topline growth and profitability across Amazon (IN/USA), Flipkart, Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, and D2C (Shopify).
2. Own channel-wise sales targets, P&L, and ROI
3. Plan and execute pricing, discounting, and promotion strategies
**#Performance Marketing:**
1. Manage and optimize CPC / CPM / CPAS campaigns across marketplaces and digital platforms
2. Allocate budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS and contribution margins
3. Track performance daily and course-correct quickly
**#Marketplace & D2C Execution:**
1. Ensure strong catalog quality, listings, A+ content, and visibility
2. Lead new product launches and SKU onboarding across platforms
3. Improve conversion through better content, creatives, and UX
**#Operations & Supply Coordination:**
1. Work with ops teams to ensure inventory availability, replenishment, and fulfillment
2. Monitor dark store stock and prevent out-of-stock situations
3. Optimize logistics and shipment planning (India & international, if required)
**#Data & Decision-Making: **
1. Use data to identify growth levers, inefficiencies, and opportunities
2. Track competition, pricing, keywords, and campaign performance
3. Share clear insights and action plans with leadership
**#People & Stakeholders: **
1. Lead and manage ecommerce operations teams
2. Coordinate with creative, marketing, agencies, and marketplace partners
3. Take ownership and drive execution without constant supervision
**#What Were Looking For: **
1. 4-6+ years of hands-on ecommerce growth experience
2. Strong background in FMCG / D2C / Food & Beverage preferred
3. Proven track record of scaling sales with profitable growth
4. Deep understanding of marketplaces, Q-commerce, ads, and P&L
5. Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
6. Strong execution mindset with attention to detail
